Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and if the return is approved, further instructions will be sent.

Only items purchased directly from will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as we sent them to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/broken plastic foil will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange products that are returned to us in an unacceptable condition. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and products damaged by customer mishandling.

Returns without a receipt may be refused. reserves the right to refuse any return.

What if I received an incorrect/damaged item?
Have you received a faulty device or the wrong product? Just not happy with your order?

Please contact our customer support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

order number
proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
complete shipping address
contact number
In some cases, you may be required to provide video or photos of the damaged product as evidence for a refund or product replacement.

How long does the returns process take?
It may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return to process it. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, fully damaged products will receive a full refund. For undamaged items or problems that can be corrected, the refund does not include all shipping and handling charges (shipping and handling charges shall be borne by the buyer).

When can I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the return or cancellation request. When in doubt, contact the card-issuing bank to find out when the credit will be credited to your account.

If you have not received a return credit, please do the following:

How do I change or cancel my order?
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and the modification you want to make, and we will confirm it when the modification is complete. Please note that any order that has already been packaged and shipped cannot be amended or cancelled.

To check the status of your order, please log in to your account or contact our customer support team.

Customers are only required to pay for shipping at most once (including returns); consumers are not charged restocking fees for returns.
